Every effort is made to describe items as careful and accurately as possible and when available pictures will be posted with the item.

Magic and More ships with the United States Postal Service. We have found the USPS to be very cost effective, reliable and speedy. Most listings offer you the option of standard First Class Mail or Priority Mail. First class mail is less expensive, but expect delivery in 2-7 days depending on your location. Priority mail is more expensive but guarantees delivery in 2-3 days to most addresses in the continental USA (48 States). Some listings will only offer Priority Mail Service as that is the most cost effective service. This is because on some items their size and/or weight, it is the same cost to ship it Priority versus First Class. See listing for pricing method. Shipping charges include a small handling fee in the calculation.
Magic and More usually ships the item within two business days of PayPal payment and in most cases within 24 hours. Once the package or envelope leaves our facility we have no control over the length of time for delivery.
Shipping insurance is available if you wish to insure your order. Most items ship easily in small envelopes or packages and the opportunity for them to become damaged is small but it can happen. This being said, we pack items so as to avoid damage. If for some reason your item is damaged in the mail, and you purchased insurance, you must take the item to the post office to file a claim. We cannot do it for you since we do not have the item.
At this time Magic and More only ships to USA addresses.
All USA Shipments have Delivery Confirmation included. This way, both you and I know when your order is received. If the Delivery Confirmation states that the order was delivered, and for some reason you do not have it, please check with your post office or mail carrier. We are not responsible to replace or refund any order where delivery confirmation shows delivery.
RETURN POLICY- Magic: Due to the nature of magic and the secrets involved with magic tricks or DVD’s we do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the merchandise. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt and request an authorization number. Items will be exchanged for a like item or merchandise credit at our discretion. Items must be returned with all original packaging. Returns must be shipped by First Class mail or Priority Mail. NO CASH REFUNDS. All shipping cost, fees and taxes are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If your item was damaged in shipment and you did not have insurance, the item is not returnable. If you did have insurance, please file a claim with the U. S. Postal Service.
Non Magic Items: For non magic items, returns are accepted for a merchandise credit less a ten percent restocking fee. Buyer pays for all shipping cost. Item must be returned by First Class or Priority Mail with all original packing. A return authorization but be obtained within 4 days of receipt.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us to find out how to resolve the problem. As stated above, once you receive your package, we cannot issue a refund due to the nature of the product or service. But, we would like to discuss any problems you may have with our products or service. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied.
